I want to take this time and write you thanking you for the work you have done on our mobile home parks loans. I know this has been a difficult loan to do, and all the information that we furnished was not exactly in the form that underwriters like to see. However, you stuck with in there for us and it looks like we should be closing our loan very shortly.
I would like to say at this time that I have been in the mobile home park industry for 26 years, have done quite a few loans and know at times they can be difficult. You have stuck in there and not given up on our loan and just said “we can’t do it” and give it back to us to find another lender. So, I guess what I am trying to say is “Thank You”, we really appreciate you going the extra mile for us.
